PHL Consulate General in Milan Congratulates Filipino Community Romagna Chapter on its 5th Anniversary Celebration
27 February 2018 MILAN — Representatives of the Philippine Consulate General in Milan graced the 5th Anniversary celebration of the Filipino Community Romagna Chapter (FCRC) in Italy at Via delle Gazella 48, Rimini Italy on February 25.
The event was attended by leaders and representatives of various Filipino community.
Consul Mersole J. Mellejor, who represented Philippine Consul General in Milan Marichu Mauro, congratulated the leadership of FCRC headed by its President Ms. Divina Bulseco for successfully shepherding the organization to its first major milestone. Consul Mellejor thanked FCRC for its partnership with Milan PCG in assisting members of the Filcom in the Emilia-Romagna Region. He also lauded FCRC for setting the right example of how diverse Filcom groups could come together and unite under an umbrella organization. Consul Mellejor was accompanied by the Consulate General’s Cultural Officer.
Established in 2013, FCRC is composed, of among others, FCCB Bologna, Women’s League Bologna, FinAss Italo Filipino, Bahaghari ASD Reggio Emilia, ZFC Bologna, Filipino Community of Ferrara, Mabuhay Ravenna, JIL Forli, Vita Association Rimini, PDGII Ravenna, PDGII Forli, CFSP Forli and ERAFILCOM.
