PHL Ambassador to Canada Discusses Concerns of Filipinos with Senior Government Official in Ottawa

27 February 2018 OTTAWA — Philippine Ambassador to Canada Petronila P. Garcia called on Parliamentary Secretary for Consular Affairs, MP Omar Alghabra, to enlist his support in the promotion and protection of the rights of Filipino migrant workers in Canada. MP Alghabra and Ambassador Garcia discussed consular cases of concern to the Philippine Embassy and promised to work together to address them.
