Spouse of Phl Consul General in Dubai Participates in Zayed Year’s “Tolerance and Peace” at Rashid Center
05 March 2018 DUBAI –The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai participated in the “Tolerance and Peace” event of the Rashid Center as part of the planned series of events marking the year of Zayed, UAE’s Founding Father HH Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Twelve events have been planned in remembrance of UAE’s Founding Father with the February theme as Tolerance and Peace on 27 February. The main goal of the event was the pass the message of love and tolerance and give people of determination at the Rashid Center for the Disabled an opportunity to be a part of the society. The event was strictly by invitation with the Diplomatic Ladies Group of Dubai as special guests. Select Spouses of the Consuls General in Dubai were among those invited including those of the Philippines, Jordan, Japan, Korea, Canada, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka, and notable personalities in the UAE.
