PHL Ambassador to UAE Receives New Head of the Society of Human Resource Professionals and Associates in Abu Dhabi

Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. (center) receives a Plaque of Appreciation from Mr. Jose Koska, new President of the Society of Human Resource Professionals and Associates (SHRPA), during a courtesy visit on March 04 at the Philippine Embassy, Abu Dhabi. They are joined by Mr. Jay-mar Ismael, Vice President and Immediate Past President of SHRPA. They presented to the Ambassador SHRPA’s plans for the year 2018 and conveyed their continued support to the programs and activities of the Embassy.
