PHL Ambassador Meets with Distressed OFWs at a Send-Off Ceremony in Abu Dhabi

Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Constancio R. Vingno, Jr.  delivers his message at a send-off ceremony for distressed Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who were repatriated to the Philippines held at the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi on February 28. Ambassador Vingno is joined by Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, Chair of the Philippine Ladies Circle – Abu Dhabi, ATN Officer Maribelle Facundo, and OWWA Administrative Staff Marne Halanes.
