Top 10 Global Teacher Finalist Visits PHL Consulate General in Dubai

02 April 2018 DUBAI – Filipino finalist for the Varkey Foundation’s Global Teacher Prize Mr. Jesus Insallada of Iloilo called on Philippine Consul General in Dubai Paul Raymund Cortes on March 19. The Global Teacher Prize is a US$1 million award presented annually to an exceptional teacher who has made an outstanding contribution to their profession. This is the second year a Filipino teacher was named one of the finalists. In 2017, Francis Jim Tuscano of Xavier School in Manila made it to the Top. END
