PH Consul General Hosts PH Entry to Vis East Moot in HK

Philippine Consul General Antonio A. Morales hosted on 15 March 2018 the following delegation members from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law who participated in the 15^th edition of the annual Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong on 11-18 March 2018: Team Coach Katrina Elaine Aguila (4^th from left), an attorney for the Supreme Court of the Philippines, Assistant Coaches Rafael Roman Cruz and Gerard Samuel Alphonsus Contreras (3^rd and 7^th from left), and the team members Vivian Valerie V. Valdez, Celina Marie S.J. Hilario and Raymond Cheng (8^th, 9^th and 2^nd from left). Accompanying Consul General Morales were Deputy Consul General Roderico C. Atienza and (6^th from left) Law Wesley B. Nuere (1^st from left).

02 April 2018 HONG KONG – Philippine Consul General Antonio A. Morales hosted a welcoming dinner on March 15 for the participating and coaching team from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, the lone Philippine representative to the 15^th Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong.

The Ateneo Law School team, one of 126 from 31 countries and territories participating at the 15^th Vis East Moot on 11-18 March 2018, received an Honorable Mention for Best Respondent Memorandum. END
