Third Secretary and Vice Consul of the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) Anna Marie Mae R. Guerra delivers the message of Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Constancio R. Vingno Jr. at the 10^th Anniversary Celebration of the Emirates Association of Respiratory Care Practitioners (EARCP) at the Grand Continental Flamingo Hotel, Abu Dhabi on March 29.
