Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) Third Secretary and Vice Consul Von Ryan G. Pangwi, on behalf of Philippine Ambassador to the U.A.E. Constancio R. Vingno Jr., attends the General Assembly and Oath Taking Ceremony of the United Filipino Optometrists (U.F.O.) in U.A.E. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Abu Dhabi on March 30. Together with him are the U.F.O. officers and members led by Dr. Sherwin Paul Reyes, President, and Dr. Allanette Hakimzade, Vice President.
