06 April 2018 CHICAGO — Philippine Consul General in Chicago Gina A. Jamoralin served as the guest of honor at a pre-Easter luncheon hosted by the Philippine Senior Golfers of America, The Unlimited Agency Inc., and the Brotherhood Golf Foundation Inc at Chicago Marriott Naperville in Illinois on March 28.
Consul General Jamoralin briefed the group on the positive economic developments in the Philippines and invited them to the upcoming 12th Ambassadors Tour to Cebu and Bohol on July 8-14,2018. She also encouraged them to support projects for the young Filipino-Americans in the US midwest aimed at helping them reclaim and rediscover their Filipino roots through Philippine immersion and language programs.
The Philippine Senior Golfer of America is a non-profit organzation which raises funds for its humanitarian projects in the Philippines. It also fosters camaraderie among its members and their spouses through participation in various golf tournaments both in the US and in the Philippines. END
