PHL Honorary Consulate in Adelaide, South Australia Opens

06 April 2018 CANBERRA – The Philippine Honorary Consulate in Adelaide, South Australia re-opened on 26 March 2018.

Philippine Ambassador to Australia Minda Calaguian-Cruz administered the oath of office to Darryl Johnson as Philippine Honorary Consul in Adelaide, South Australia on March 01.

The Honorary Consul is responsible for promoting and protecting the interests of the Philippines in South Australia, particularly those related to trade, investments and tourism. It is also his duty to protect the rights and promote the welfare of Filipino citizens in his consular jurisdiction.
