PHL Consulate General Los Angeles Attends Filipino Cultural Heritage Night at California International University

06 April 2018 LOS ANGELES –Consul Ambrosio Brian F. Enciso III of the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles delivered a talk on Philippine culture during the Filipino Cultural Heritage Night at California International University (CIU) on April 04.
The event was organized by the student body of CIU for a better understanding of Filipino culture and promotion of harmony and cooperation within its own multi-cultural community.
Consul Enciso, delivered a brief presentation about Filipino cultural symbols, clothing, cuisine, folk festivals, dances and traditions. His talk was well-received by the faculty and graduate students in attendance. The audience was delighted to learn more about the richness and diversity of Philippine culture.
Consul Enciso also took the opportunity to promote the 12th Ambassadors’ Tour and encouraged the audience to visit the event’s website and search for #ambtour2018 in social media.
Located in Central Los Angeles, CIU is an institution that aims to provide affordable Bachelors and Master degree programs in international business, as well as English language instruction. END
