Spouse of PHL Ambassador and Chair of the PHL Ladies Circle Receive Donations for Distressed OFWs in Abu Dhabi

10 April 2018 ABU DHABI – Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, Chair of the Philippine Ladies Circle Abu Dhabi (third from left), receives donated medicine for distressed Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) from the Filipino Wonder Moms - Janet Castaneda, Ashlene Bardenas, and Jimelyn Ramos Escano at the Philippine Embassy, Abu Dhabi on March 28. Madame Vingno is joined in the photo by Assistant Labor Attaché Jesus Vicente Magsaysay II and ATN Officer Maribelle Facundo. The donations will be handed over to distressed OFWs sheltered at the POLO-OWWA in Abu Dhabi.
