Chairman Samie Lim of Philippine Franchise Association with Guest of Honor Daw Naw Mutakapaw, Deputy Director General of the Myanmar Trade Promotion Organization

06 April 2018 YANGON — The Philippine Franchise Association (PFA) headed by Chairman Emeritus Samie Lim, participated in the second Myanmar Franchise Expo and Conference 2018 held at the Tatmadaw Hall in Yangon, Myanmar on 06 to 08 April.

Chargé d’ Affaires Stephanie Alexis A. Cruz and Third Secretary and Vice Consul Jan Michael B. Gomez joined the PFA delegation at an opening ceremony attended by Myanmar businessmen on 06 April.

The PFA’s participation in the Myanmar Franchise Expo and Conference is in line with its efforts to create awareness of Philippine brands in Myanmar. Filipino brands being promoted during the event included Jollibee, Pancake House, Yellow Cab, Shakey’s, and Army Navy. END
