PHL Ambassador to UAE meets Universal Hospital Representative
13 April 2018 ABU DHABI — Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Constancio R. Vingno Jr. (center) and Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, Chair of the Philippine Ladies Circle Abu Dhabi (2nd from left), met with Mr. Wilbert Rivera Cantor, Senior Marketing Executive of the Universal Hospital, on 03 April 2018 at the Philippine Embassy, Abu Dhabi. They were joined in the meeting by Third Secretaries and Vice Consuls Von Ryan G. Pangwi and Anna Marie Mae R. Guerra. They discussed preparations for the World Health Day celebration.
