PHL Embassy in UAE Receives Donation from the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers for Distressed OFWs in Abu Dhabi   

13 April 2018 ABU DHABI — Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, Chair of the Philippine Ladies Circle Abu Dhabi (center), receives some donations for distressed Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) from the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) – UAE Chapter on 06 April 2018 at the Philippine Embassy, Abu Dhabi.  Madame Vingno is joined in the photo by Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN) Officer Maribelle Facundo and officers and members of PICE-UAE headed by Engr. Vinzor Yee Concepcion, President. The donations were handed over to distressed OFWs sheltered at the POLO-OWWA in Abu Dhabi.
