IBP-NorCal to Strengthen Partnership with PH Consulate General in San Francisco

13 April 2018 SAN FRANCISCO — Consul General Henry S. Bensurto, Jr. met recently with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)- Northern California Chapter to explore ways to strengthen their partnership towards empowering the Filipino-American community in the Bay Area in line with the Spark, Connect, and Empower (SCE) movement spearheaded by the Philippine Consulate General of San Francisco. The meeting discussed IBP-Norcal’s plans to hold this year a Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminar for Fil-Am lawyers in the Bay Area and other states in the U.S., a Forum on immigration issues in the second quarter of the year, and the continuation of IBP free legal services at the Romulo Hall of the Philippine Center Management Board (PCMB) building.
