PH Envoy Meets UAE Foreign Affairs Officials

ABU DHABI 25 April 2018 – Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. meets with Director of West Asia Department Ahmed Al Hameli (left photo), and Director of Diplomats Affairs Department Mohamed Al Shamsi (right photo) at the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Building on 15 and 16 April 2018 to discuss future activities between the Philippines and the U.A.E. Both meetings were aimed to follow-up key activities between the two sides to enhance bilateral cooperation.

ABU DHABI 15 May 2018 – Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. met with the Director of International Law Department of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MOFAIC) Abdalla Al Naqbi at the latter’s office on 23 April. The two officials discussed agreements which are ready for signing as well as pending bilateral agreements. Both sides expressed commitment to facilitate in a timely manner the finalization of pending agreements which would benefit the two governments and its peoples. (PE Abu Dhabi Photo)

ABU DHABI 16 May 2018 – Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. met with His Excellency Ahmed Alham Al Dhaheri, Assistant Undersecretary for Consular Affairs of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation at the latter’s office 10 May. The two officials discussed areas of cooperation between the Philippines and the U.A.E. and ways to enhance them.
