10 December 2013 - Senator Pia Cayetano is welcomed to Hawaii by Consul Roberto T. Bernardo at the welcome reception of the Transnational Security Cooperation Course at the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (APCSS), on December 8.

The Transnational Security Cooperation Course is an intensive program for current leaders. The intent is to replicate a forum consisting of practitioners who influence security cooperation at the highest levels. Senator Cayetano’s extensive work on women, children and health issues have important impacts on security, according to APCSS. END
