Embassy in Doha Conducts Voting Registration in Mesaimeer
The Philippine Embassy overseas voting mobile outreach team conducts registration services, including SSS and Pag-IBIG processing, at the Religious Compound in Mesaimeer on 20 April 2018.
MESAIMEER 30 April 2018 — The Philippine Embassy in Doha, in collaboration with the CFC-ANCOP Filipino association, conducted the monthly (every 3rd Friday) absentee voting registration services at the Arabia Hall, Religious Compound in Mesaimeer. A total of 62 applicants registered for overseas voting and around 125 voting and consular inquiries were served during the outreach activity.
The event is part of the Embassy’s ongoing efforts to encourage all qualified Filipinos in Qatar to register and/or re-activate their record as overseas voters and at the same time bring convenient and accessible services to all our Kababayans in Doha and surrounding areas. Registration for the next National (Senatorial) Elections in May 2019 will be until 30 September 2018.
