PH Envoy Meets Police Attaché, PH National Police, Business Council Officials in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI 04 May 2018 – Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Constancio R. Vingno Jr. (second from right) receives Police Chief Superintendent Albert Ignatius Ferro, Director of the Philippine National Police – Drug Enforcement Group (PNP-DEG); Col. Rodolfo S. Gonzales, C.
