PH Ambassador, Spouse Attend Culmination of the Basic Flower Arrangement Skills Training for Distressed OFWs in Abu Dhabi
ABU DHABI 08 May 2018 – Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Constancio R. Vingno Jr. (third from right) and Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, Chair of the Philippine Ladies Circle Abu Dhabi (fourth from left), attend the Culmination of the Basic Flower Arrangement Skills Training for distressed Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) at the POLO-OWWA in Abu Dhabi on 05 May.
