PH Embassy Attend 2018 Labor Day Celebration in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI 08 May 2018 – Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) Constancio R. Vingno Jr. and Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, Chair of the Philippine Ladies Circle (PLC) Abu Dhabi, are joined by Embassy officials and Filipino community leaders at the 2018 Labor Day celebration with the theme, “Uniting Workers for Social & Economic Advancement” at the Auditorium, Universal Hospital, Abu Dhabi on 04 May. With them in the photo are Third Secretary and Vice Consul Rowena Pangilinan-Daquipil; Labor Attaché Ophelia Almenario; Assistant Labor Attachés Jay Jasper Javines and Jesus Vicente Magsaysay II; Welfare Officers Marites Ramos and Ron Lionel Bartolome; Engr. Elmer Casao, Chairman of the Bayanihan Council; Ms. Deborah Gay Dayrit, Chairperson of Philippine Business Council Abu Dhabi; and other guests.
