PH Companies Participate in Agri-food Exhibit in Canada
OTTAWA 15 May 2018 — Fourteen Philippine companies participate in the Salon Internationale de L’alimentation (SIAL) Canada 2018, the largest agri-food exhibitions in North America, held from 02 to 04 May 2018 at the Palais des congrés in Montreal, Quebec. The Filipino exhibitors were mostly into manufacturing and marketing of processed foods like banana chips, virgin coconut oil, fish crackers, jams and marmalade, coconut sap seasoning, mango flour and cookies, cacao nibs, spaghetti pasta, peanuts with garlic chips, and herbal food supplements, among others.
