Ambassador Attends Asian-Pacific American Heritage Month Reception

NEW YORK 16 May 2018 – Ambassador Teodoro L. Locsin Jr., Permanent Representative of the Philippines to the United Nations attended the “Asian-Pacific American Heritage Month” reception held at the Gracie Mansion hosted by New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio on 10 May. The event is a celebration of the culture and heritage from the Asian-Pacific Islanders community. On this occasion, Mayor de Blasio highlighted the positive imprints and productive contributions of the community to New York City.  Ambassador Locsin (left) and Deputy Permanent Representative Kira Azucena (4th from L) also had the opportunity to meet with the officers from the Office of the Mayor and exchange views on the city’s programs on migration.
