Cebu’s Chocolate Queen Inspires Anew on 2nd Visit to Guam

The Cebu-based artisanal chocolate boutique founder visited Guam to introduce and elevate as a premium product the “tablea,” which is 100 percent Philippine chocolate produced from cacao beans.
