PH Embassy in Brunei Welcomes Saceda Youth Lead

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN 25 May 2018 – The Philippine Embassy in Brunei Darussalam welcomes the Saceda Youth Lead (SYL) delegation, a youth-serving institution under the auspices of the National Youth Commission, on 10 May. The 16-member delegation was composed of teachers who were awarded as Inspiring Teachers of the Philippines by said institution. Ambassador Meynardo LB Montealegre (center) poses with the Saceda Youth Lead delegation. The delegation met Ambassador Montealegre and was given a briefing on Philippines-Brunei relations and a tour of the Chancery. SYL aims to create a platform for students and professionals to appreciate and understand geo-political issues in the ASEAN region through engagement in and discussion of educational, socio-economic, cultural and political issues.
