PH Consulate General in Toronto Conducts Consular Outreach Program and OAV in Winnepeg, Manitoba

OTTAWA 31 May 2018 — The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto conducted another consular outreach program in Winnipeg City, Manitoba on 26-28 May 2018. It was the third program conducted by PCG Toronto in Winnipeg for 2018. A total of 868 consular services were rendered during the 3-day period, including the processing of 626 passport applications and 158 notarial services. The VRM operator was able to register and reactivate 432 overseas absentee voters for the 2019 Philippine Midterm Elections. The consular team also processed 23 dual citizenship applications. END
