CHICAGO 07 June 2018 – The Philippine Consulate General in Chicago brought its services closer to the Filipino community by conducting an outreach service at a newly opened multi-purpose hall at Seafood City Supermarket in Albany Park, on the far north side of Chicago, on 07 June 2018.

The Consulate General rendered a total of 87 individual services, including ePassport application, reacquisition or retention of Philippine citizenship, civil registration, notarial and overseas voting registration.

The first outreach activity held in cooperation with the California-based management of Seafood City was well received and appreciated by the applicants.

Consul General in Chicago Gina A. Jamoralin thanked Seafood City Category Manager Eucliff Cheng, who flew in from California and personally saw to it that the facilities and arrangements were all set to ensure that the service went smoothly.

Consul General Jamoralin also looked forward to conducting another outreach and similar collaborative engagements with Seafood City soon. END
