PH Consulate General Conducts Back-to-Back Consular Mission to Tinian and Saipan
The consular team of the Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam extends
consular services to Filipinos on the island of Tinian during its outreach mission to the Commonwealth of the
Northern Mariana Islands. From Tinian, the consular team proceeded to Saipan for the second leg of the
outreach mission. A total of 521 consular services were rendered with 373 new voters registered during

AGANA 11 June 2018 – The Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam completed a back-to-back consular outreach mission to the islands of Tinian and Saipan in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
The consular team held the mission at the JC Café and Restaurant for the Tinian leg on 19 May 2018, and at the Multipurpose Center in Susupe for the Saipan leg from 21 to 23 May 2018.
The consular outreach mission processed a total of 521 consular transactions, including registration of 373 new overseas voters.
Consul Mark Francis C. Hamoy led the consular team from Guam and was joined by Passport Officers Mr. Allan Tangayan and Ms. Annabelle M. Oviedo-Lavarez and Collecting Officer Ms. Maria Liza A. Manarin. Mr. Ferdinand E. Villamor also joined the team as VRM operator for the field registration of overseas voters in the Northern Marianas.
