PH Ambassador to Thailand Watches Filipino Students Perform at Int’l Festival of Arts and Culture

BANGKOK 18 June 2018 – Ambassador to Thailand Mary Jo A. Bernardo-Aragon attended the Eighth Srinakharinwirot University International Festival of Arts and Culture, held at the Music and Performing Art Hall in Srinakharinwirot University on 15 June 2018.

This annual festival is organized by the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Srinakharinwirot University, which aims to promote national heritage to younger generation and to exchange knowledge from different cultures.

Aside from 18 universities from all over Thailand, international performers from the United States, Fiji, Malaysia, Czech Republic, India, Sri Lanka, Russia, Indonesia, and the Philippines participated in the festival.

Performers from the Philippines are students and alumni from Ignacio Villamor High School in Manila. END
