BRASILIA 27 June 2018 — Revered and distinguished training institution Dale Carnegie Institute conducted a team-building course for the staff and officers of the Philippine Embassy in Brasilia, Brazil at the Royal Tulip Hotel on 19-20 May 2018.

For over a century, Dale Carnegie has been improving individual and business performance around the world. The world-famous Dale Carnegie Course began in 1912, and while their training techniques continue to evolve, their core principles remain true to a single vision that real transformation begins within the person.

Leading the Embassy’s training course was Brazilian trainer Ms. Jessika Santiago. She led Embassy personnel in recognizing more about each other’s work styles, identifying negative behaviors that affect productivity, and learning how to better communicate with one another.

At the end of the two-day seminar, each member of the Embassy team felt that they have acquired the skills to improve themselves and their working relationships with colleagues.  Each Embassy personnel was asked to make commitments to themselves and the team that they will be held accountable for.

The staff and officers of the Embassy were also presented with Certificates of Achievement after the two-day training course. A follow-up meeting is scheduled in the next few weeks, for Dale Carnegie to check on how the team has progressed after the team building session. END
