PH Ambassador Joins Opening of Potato Corner in Singapore

SINGAPORE 05 July 2018 – Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Joseph Del Mar Yap, together with Finance Secretary Carlos G. Dominguez III and Commercial Counsellor Maria Cynthia B. Ricafort, graced the official opening of Potato Corner in Singapore at 313 Somerset Mall along Orchard Road on 24 June 2018.
Potato Corner CEO Jose Magsaysay Jr. and other top executives of Potato Corner Philippines were also present to witness the launch of the popular franchise’s latest international expansion.
Established in October 1992, Potato Corner is among the top Philippine food brands with more than 1,100 stores worldwide. It has branches in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Hongkong, Jakarta, Bangkok, and Cambodia, and even as far away as Panama.
Potato Corner is reportedly set to open next in Vietnam, and has plans of further expanding overseas particularly in the ASEAN region. END
