ABU DHABI 10 July 2018 — Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi Chargé d' affaires a.i. Rowena Pangilinan-Daquipil graced the Third Quarter Technical Seminar of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP) UAE Chapter held on 06 July at Novotel Al Bustan Hotel in Abu Dhabi, with the theme "Electronics Engineering Profession in the Digital World."
