PH Embassy in Beijing Welcomes Summer Studies Camp Participants

BEIJING 09 August 2018 — The Philippine Embassy in Beijing welcomed a delegation from the "Summer Studies Camp" of Renmin Univeristy on 02 August 2018. 

The delegation was composed of 35 students aged 15 to 19 years old who were participating in the first camp organized by the university's School of International Studies. It was led by Liu Peng, Director of the School of International Studies of the Office of Continuing Education, and Liang Xuecun, Head of the Summer Studies Camp.

The Embassy gave a presentation on basic information on the Philippines and the Embassy, and an overview of bilateral relations between Philippines and China.

The students were given tourism bags and brochures and also treated to Filipino snacks courtesy of the Office of the Tourism Attaché. END
