PH Embassy Renders Consular Services in Istanbul, Honors Filipino Community Leaders

ANKARA 03 September 2018 — Filipino Community leaders in Istanbul were recognized by the Philippine Embassy in Ankara for their outstanding leadership and unwavering commitment, which ensured the success of the first-ever Philippine Independence Day celebrations in Istanbul last 16 June 2018.
The plaques of commendation were awarded in a simple ceremony held on 21 July 2018.
On the following day, the Embassy’s consular team rendered consular services to more than 400 Filipinos in Istanbul.
A total of 496 services were completed including 138 Passport services, 270 Embassy ID registration services, 88 notarization and civil registration services, and 34 overseas voters registration services. END
