19 December 2013 – Consul Marlowe A. Miranda led a team from the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles that conducted a two-day consular outreach program in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, U.S.A. on December 14 to 15.
The consular outreach program was undertaken in cooperation with the Filipino American Foundation of New Mexico (FAFNM).
The Consulate was able to process 150 electronic passport (ePassport) applications, including applications for lost passport during the two-day outreach program.
A total of 192 consular services were rendered during the consular outreach program, breakdown of which are as follows:

Consul Miranda was accompanied by Misses Mila Versoza and Veronica Baculi, and Messrs. Vittorio Pallado, Mindarat Mamad and Edgardo Lim.
The Consular team also attended the induction event at the inn at Rio Rancho and Conference Center. Consul Miranda led the induction rites of the new FAFNM Board of Directors.
The Consular Outreach Program (COP) is a regular activity of the Consulate to bring its various services closer to its constituents residing in areas within its jurisdiction. The Rio Rancho Consular Outreach is the 12th for 2013. END
