PH Ambassador Presents Credentials to Indonesian President Widodo

JAKARTA 18 September 2018 — Philippine Ambassador to Indonesia Leehiong T. Wee presented his letter of credentials to President Joko Widodo of the Republic of Indonesia in a ceremony on 13 August 2018 at the presidential palace in Jakarta.

Ambassador Wee was accompanied by his wife, Madame Rosalind Wee, at the presentation of credentials ceremony.

The Ambassador was among the eight Ambassadors who presented their credentials to President Widodo. The others were the envoys to Indonesia of Uzbekistan, Thailand, Vietnam, Armenia, Pakistan, Guyana, and Burundi. 

Along with the other Ambassadors, Ambassador Wee exchanged pleasantries and held brief talks with President Widodo and Indonesian Foreign Minister Retno LP Marsudi. END
