Conducts Consular Outreach in Lucca, Tuscany

Rome Consular Outreach

ROME 09 October 2018 – The Philippine Embassy in Rome held a consular outreach mission in coordination with the Philippine Consulate General in Florence, Lucca and nearby areas of Italy’s Tuscany region on 22-23 September 2018. 

A total of 601 consular and other services, including 256 passport applications, 12 reports of birth, and 39 consularized documents. Sixteen individuals took the oath of allegiance to the Philippines. 128 Filipinos applied for the overseas absentee voting for the 2019 Philippine midterm elections.

Filipinos also avail the services by the Embassy’s partner agencies such as Philippine Overseas Labor Office, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, and Social Security System.

This was the Embassy’s first consular outreach in Lucca and Tuscany for the year.
