PH Reserve Officers Training Corps Visits Guam

AGANA 29 October 2018 – A 28-member delegation from the Armed Forces of the Philippines’ (AFP) Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC), led by Colonel Kennedy C. Saguindang from the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Reservist and Retiree Affairs of the Philippine Army, called on Consul General Marciano R. de Borja at the Philippine Consulate General in Guam on 15 October 2018.
The delegation, composed of four officers, two enlisted personnel and 22 ROTC cadets, was accompanied during the call by Guam National Guard State Partnership Program Coordinator Major Melvin B. Pilarca.
The delegation is participating in the Guam-Philippines State Partnership Program-Armed Forces of the Philippines (SPP-AFP) ROTC Cultural Understanding and Language Exchange on 14-21 October 2018 in Guam. END
