02 January 2014 - The Philippine Embassy in Athens conducted a consular outreach in Thessaloniki from December 21 to 22, 2013.

The consular outreach was conducted with the support of Atty. Nikolaos Margaropoulos, the Philippine Honorary Consul in Thessaloniki, and the Filipino Organization in Northern Greece headed by its President, Ms. Violeta Magnaye.

The consular team provided a total of 50 services. The Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Athens likewise extended its services to Filipinos in Thessaloniki.

Thessaloniki is located in Northern Greece and is the country’s second largest city. END
