PH Consulate General in Guam Completes Consular Outreach Mission in Saipan

AGANA 24 October 2018 — Filipinos in Saipan, the main island in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, were able to renew their Philippine passports and avail themselves of other consular services during the consular outreach mission of the Philippine Consulate General in Agana from 25 to 27 September 2018.
The mission is the second to the last visit of a consular team from the Guam-based Consulate General for 2018, with the last visit for the year scheduled in November 2018.
Consul Mark Francis C. Hamoy led the team that provided consular services to the Filipino Community at the Daidai Social Hall of the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cathedral in Susupe, Saipan.
A total of 409 consular transactions were completed during the outreach mission, which also included a field registration for overseas voters, with a total of 375 new voters registered for the 2019 National Elections. END
