Consular Mission in Helsinki, Finland

PHOTO: As part of its commitment to reach out to Filipinos under its jurisdiction, the Philippine Embassy in Oslo conducted a consular outreach mission in Helsinki, Finland from 14 to 17 September 2018. This was the Embassy’s second in the Finnish capital in 2018, following its outreach mission last February.

The team extended more than 300 passport and civil registry services, and registered almost 80 overseas voters during the outreach. The team also conducted a special oath-taking for dual citizenship applicants in Finland.
