PHOTO: Ambassador Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro delivered the welcome remarks for the 2018 European Conference of Filipino Diaspora organized by the The European Network of Filipino Diaspora (ENFiD) on 19-21 October 2018 in Paris. Ambassador Lazaro acknowledged ENFiD’s efforts in promoting Filipino cooperation in Europe. She also emphasized the importance of building awareness in Europe about what the organization does.

Also part of the conference as a plenary speaker is the Philippine Ambassador to Vatican Grace Relucio-Princesa, who delivered a talk titled “Sino Ako? Ako ay Pilipino, Taas Noo Kahit Kanino.” Minister and Consul Hendrick Garcia, the Deputy Permanent Delegate of the Permanent Delegation of the Philippines to UNESCO presented on the importance of the Ambisyon 2040 in relation to UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030.
