PH Ambassador to Egypt Presents Credentials to the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

PHOTO: Ambassador to Egypt Sulpicio M. Confiado presented the open copy of the letters of credence and recall of his predecessor to Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Assistant Foreign Minister for Protocol Hatem Tag El Din at the latter’s office at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cairo. 

The ceremony was followed by brief discussions that covered, among others, assurances of the Ministry’s support for efforts to enhance bilateral relations, including cooperation between the Philippine Embassy in Cairo and the Ministry.

Ambassador Confiado was accompanied by Minister and Consul General Jose A. Cabrera III, Third Secretary and Vice Consul Bojer B. Capati, and Protocol Officer Allan G. Oseo Jr.

Meanwhile, Ambassador Hatem was accompanied by Deputy Assistant Foreign Minister for Protocol (Envoys) Ambassador Tarek Fathi Youssef and First Secretary Mohammad Oraby. (Cairo PE photos)
