PH Embassy in Ottawa Invites Filipinos in Montreal to Winter Escapade

PHOTO: The Philippine Embassy in Ottawa traveled to Montreal, Quebec on 17 to 18 November 2018 to invite members of the local community to join Winter Escapade 6 – It’s More Fun in the Philippines.

In conjunction with the Embassy’s regular consular outreach mission in Montreal, First Secretary and Consul Greg Marie Mariño spoke to members of the Filipino Community about the tour package and distributed information materials.

Winter Escapade is an annual tour organized by the Embassy and Consulates General in Canada in cooperation with the Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Tourism, and Tourism Promotions Board, together with designated ground handler Rajah Tours Inc. The tour is now on its sixth edition after having brought more than 1,200 Canadian snowbirds to prime destinations in the Philippines since 2014.

Winter Escapade 6 is scheduled from 28 January to 04 February 2019 in Manila, Taal and Nasugbu, Batangas, and El Nido, Palawan. Those who wish to join the tour may register directly on the website www.winterescapadeph.com or contact the Embassy at 613.233.1121. (Ottawa PE photos)
