07 January 2014 – Philippine Ambassador to South Africa Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. and Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno hosted a Christmas gathering for the families of the officers and staff of the Philippine Embassy in Pretoria at the Ambassador’s official residence on 25 December 2013. Ambassador Vingno and Embassy personnel took the occasion to remember the fond memories of 2013 and looked forward to the coming of 2014. END
