Filipino Nurses Conducts Annual Cardiac Screening in Bologna, Italy

PHOTO 07 December 2018 — The Associazione Italo-Filipino Infermieri e Assistenti, a Filipino nurses association in Bologna, Italy conducted its annual free cardiac screening attended by more than 250 Filipinos in Bologna on 25 November 2018.

The program was done in cooperation with the Ospedale Maggiore di Bologna and the Associazione Amici del Cuore di Bologna, a group of Italian cardiologist headed by Dr. Giuseppe di Pascuale, Dirigente Medico (Director).

Those who were found to have high parameters in their test results were given endorsements for further screening and check-up.  The Philippine Consulate General’s Assistance-to-Nationals officer and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration Welfare officer attended the program.
