PH Ambassador Presents Publications from PH Foreign Service Institute to Portuguese Instituto Diplomatico

PHOTO: Ambassador to Portugal Celia Anna M. Feria presented publications from the Department of Foreign Affairs’ Foreign Service Institute (FSI) to Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Instituto Diplomatico Director Ambassador José de Freitas Ferraz during her courtesy call on the latter on 28 November 2018.

In 2015, the Philippines and Portugal signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Cooperation in Diplomatic Training and Exchange of Information and Documentation. The primary implementing entities of the MOU would be FSI and the Instituto Diplomatico.

The MOU provides a framework for both participants to organize seminars, training activities, symposia, reciprocal exchanges of publications and partnerships between the two institutions libraries and archives. (Lisbon PE photo)
