Macau-Cebu Direct Flight Launched

MACAU 03 Janaury 2019 – Cebu Pacific added another route among its direct flights from Macau, as aside from Manila and Clark in Pampanga, the low-cost carrier now offers flights to Cebu City.  

Consul General Lilybeth R. Deapera was one of the 143 passengers that joined the inaugural Macau-Cebu flight on 07 December 2018.

The flights are scheduled four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays and leaves Macau at 10:45 p.m. Return flights from Cebu depart at 6:50 p.m., and arrives in Macau at 10:00 p.m.

The Consul General expressed her hopes that this route will encourage more tourists to visit the Philippines, and learn about Philippine history, culture and cuisine. She also noted that the flight to Cebu could translate to more tourists from the Pearl River Delta region especially in view of the recently opened Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. END
